Esther Williamson, 84 of Sycamore died Monday, May 28, 2012 at Pine Acres Rehab and Living Center.

She was born on March 13, 1928 in Sycamore. The daughter of Rockel and Nora (Cook) Williamson.

Esther was a registered nurse, working private duty and at the VA Hospital in Columbus, Ohio for many years. She was a faithful member of The Israel of God's Church, W.H.A.

She is survived by one sister, Ruth A. Williamson-Bridgewater of Sanford, MA; two nephews, George (Sandra) Bridgewater of Sycamore and Ralph K, Shepperson, Jr. of Alexandria, VA; one brother-in-law, Ralph K. Shepperson, Sr. of Roanoke, VA; and one great niece, Meredith Bridgewater of DeKalb.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 9 siblings; and her great nephew, Gregory Bridgewater.

Her Funeral Service will be on Saturday, June 2nd at Noon at the Israel of God's, W.H.A. Church, 248 North Ave., Sycamore. Burial will follow at the Elmwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Saturday from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM at the Church.
